Bobby Burke just like us! The Amazing eye star may be a Netflix sensation, but his day-to-day life revolves around work and quality time with loved ones.
Burke, 40, who is an interior designer and author, not only works as a home renovation expert in his popular reality series but is also a business owner. The Texas native owns Bobby Berk Interiors + Design, which specializes in interior design. The TV host spoke exclusively about his daily routine in the latest issue of Us Weekly, which is on newsstands now.
Every morning, Burke starts her day by focusing on her pearly whites. “My husband, Dewey Doe, is an oral surgeon, so we put a lot of emphasis on oral care,” Burke told us.
The interior designer, who tied the knot with husband Do in 2012, then jumps right into taking care of the head of the family, Bimini, a mini Labradoodle.
“Care about [my dog] Bimini is a top priority” Burke said usnoting that within minutes of waking up, the puppy is “ready to eat and then plays ball for about an hour.”
After Bimini got her training, it was time for Burke to focus on her own fitness. The design expert meets late in the morning with his personal trainer and chef Zach Morgan — one that the Texas native doesn’t take for granted.
“I’m so lucky to have someone who helps me stay healthy,” Burke said of the fitness guru who worked with the reality star even before the coronavirus pandemic.
After a long day at the office, Burke finally finds time for her favorite thing – spending time with her husband.
The husband and wife, who have been together for more than ten years, are happy to go on long trips. In June 2020, Burke shared with us that he and the surgeon are taking advantage of warm evenings to go for sunset walks while living in quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic.
A month before, Burke had previously opened us which he and Do worked on scheduling more contact time with each other. “I keep trying to get him to stop working,” he joked, “but we spend more time on dates at home. This is my favorite. We watch a lot of documentaries!”
two years later, lovebirds are still focused making time to be with each other – especially at the end of the day. “We use this time to relax, disconnect and reconnect. It’s the perfect way to slow down,” the Masked Singer alum shared with us in August.
