Salary:  $17.00 Hourly 

Job Description:

  • Process Payments for the company.
  • Keep track of due dates for bills.
  • Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices.
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. 
  • Audit and process credit card bills.
  • Address and respond to vendor inquires.
  • Answer phone calls and deliver exceptional customer service. 
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Embraces teamwork. 
  • Files paperwork.
  • Maintain and organize company documents.
