Jennifer Hudson will air its first episode on Halloween The Jennifer Hudson Show October 31. Just weeks after her talk show debut, Jennifer went all out on Halloween to kick off the week. For her 2022 costume, Jennifer dressed as Mary Clarence from the movie Sister’s law. Jennifer showed it Sister’s law it’s her “absolute favorite move.” Also, it was fitting for her to channel a character played by another EGOT winner, Whoopi Goldberg! Jennifer not only dressed in a costume, but also flew to a great height performed songs from the franchise.
Jennifer’s new talk show launched in mid-September 2022 and took place Ellen DeGeneres show, which ended in the spring after 19 seasons. Ellen was known for always having enough of her Halloween costumes. For her final Halloween show in October 2021, Ellen dressed as her future self. She arrived at the show in an electric wheelchair and dressed as an older version of herself, wearing goggles and a gray wig. She used to be the Kardashian channel, Cardi B and more with other Halloween images. Now Jennifer proves that she is ready to embrace Halloween and have fun.
In addition to landing a talk show this year, Jennifer also achieved EGOT status with a Tony Award for Producing Amazing loop on Broadway. She won an Oscar before Dream girlstwo Grammy Awards (Best R&B Album in 2008 and Best Musical Theater Album in 2016), as well as an Emmy Award for Baba Yaga. This made Jennifer the second black woman to receive EGOT status, following in the footsteps of Whoopi.
In late August, Jennifer celebrated her EGOT status when her Tony Award arrived in the mail. She posted her photo Twitter, where she proudly held the award in one hand while the Emmys, Grammys and Oscars sat in the background. “Look what you have come!” – she exploded.
Jennifer is credited as an inspiration to Whoopi when it came to hosting her own talk show, as well as women such as Tamron Hall, Oprah Winfrey and Jenny Jones.
